Hon. Elias Nalukoola Luyimbazi, has taken the oath of office as the newly elected Member of Parliament for Kawempe North. This moment marked the culmination of a rigorous campaign and a decisive victory in the by-election, which was held to fill the vacancy left by the late Hon. Muhammad Ssegirinya.
