Kids And Teens Pageant Global Uganda Launched

The Kids and Teens Pageant Global Uganda was officially launched during a press event at Nsambya Gardens in Kampala on April 9, 2024. Spearheading the launch was Doreen Namugenyi Bwgwanui, who emphasized the inclusion of both boys and girls in the pageant, addressing the historical exclusion of the boy child in such events.

Namugenyi highlighted the global reach of the pageant, citing its presence in other countries such as Malaysia, where a Ugandan contestant, Michela Amato, emerged as the winner earlier this year.

The primary objective of the pageant is to foster discipline among young participants while nurturing their talents and building their confidence.

Auditions for the pageant are set to commence on April 28, 2024, at the Golf Course Hotel in Kampala, offering aspiring youngsters the opportunity to showcase their skills and charisma on a grand platform.
