UNEB has dismissed circulating social media reports in regard to the release of the 2024 Uganda Certificate of Educate( UCE) results.
Social media has been awash with reports that the 2024 S.5 exam results will be released today Friday., February 7.
However, in a statement, the UNEB spokesperson, Jennifer Kalule Musumba, said the claims are false and urged the public to disregard them.
“The public is hereby informed that the 2024 UCE results shall not be released on Friday, February 7, as alleged on some platforms,” Kalule said.
UNEB has informed the public that the release date for the first cohort will be officially communicated soon
“The release date for the results of the first cohort of the new lower secondary curriculum and the last cohort of the old curriculum/transitional candidates shall be communicated officially as soon as it is confirmed.”
Parents and candidates are eagerly awaiting the results of the 2024 UCE exams.
These results will play a crucial role in shaping students’ academic futures, as those who perform well will qualify to advance to A-level education.
