State Minister for Microfinance Hon Haruna Kyeyune Kasolo earlier today visited the people of Kalisizo in greater masaka where he launched a Sacco known as Kato Sacco.
The launch of Kato sacco comes after weeks when President Museveni reappointed him the State Minister for Microfinance.
Over the years, Hon Kasolo has not only played a pivotal role in Greater Masaka when it comes to managaging finance and advicing on loan finances but rather he has traversed the whole country witth the same agenda.
During the launch of Kato Sacco, Hon Kasolo told the people of Kalisizo to always give chance to their Political leaders to give speeches during functions and gatherings.
“Most of you have stopped giving politicians a chance to talk to you when they come back to the constituency which is a bad thing” Hon Kasolo said.
He went on and said that however bad the Politician might be, the chance to give a speech is the only way they can bring useful information and communication from the Government of Uganda.
He also told the people of Kalisizo to follow the GROW project. For starters, the GROW project is a world bank project under Private Sector Foundation Uganda and it is there to help women Entreprenuers. Under GROW, women can get starts up for their business and also apply for loans that they can pay back with small interest rates.
